I hate the fact that when religion is being represented in the media, they based their opinions on Christianity and if there’s something wrong about it, they just assume other religions have the same flaws especially when it involves the comparison between religions and atheism. Not all religions operate the same way despite being compared to non-religious entities. For instance, Christianity in the past may have tried their hardest to suppress scientific breakthrough because they invalidates the Christian teachings but in Islam, scientific breakthrough only support the Islamic teachings.

In my opinion, one should learn both religion and science to fully form an opinion on whether they’re good or bad. And when I say learning religion, they should specify which since putting all religion in one basket is very unfair since they’re not even the same.
