I’m starting a 30-day Spotify music sharing challenge with my favourite song of all time. I chose this one as my favourite about 3 years ago, dethroning “I’m Alive” by Elhaida Dani. The song has everything: a great music video that showcases the superb atmospheric intro, deep contemplative lyrics, and a lovely, poignant one-minute outro that fades into silence. Lyrics-wise, I have learned and reflected on a thing or two about life whenever I listen to this song.
